APPLICATION:
Locally manufactured Laboratory rod / ball mills for dry and wet grinding of mining materials for test work.
All the grinding vessels fabricated from stainless steel with various sample volumes as shown above in different models available.
The grinding vessels are mounted on a steel base frame support.
The mill vessel is attached to a gearbox / motor combination drive .
The mill vessel has a tilting hand operated mechanism for easy charging and discharging of material sample.
This make the mill easy to operate
Discharge the material once milled is done through a discharge chute with a stainless steel grid to separate the sample from the grinding media ( balls / Rods )
This allows you to clean the mill between each test with little effort.
Each mill is also fitted with a safety cage over the milling vessel for safety
A control panel is mounted to side of mill base frame which incorporates a start button, emergency stop button, internal overload protection switch, inverter to allow you to control the rotational speed of the grinding vessel.
Optional is an electronic timer unit.
